New partnership will help advocate for more dog-friendly public spaces and improved park amenities.
Pupsli announced today a partnership with the National Coalition for Dog-Friendly Parks, a nonprofit advocacy organization working to increase access to quality dog parks and outdoor spaces.
The partnership will focus on: - Data sharing to identify underserved communities - Joint advocacy for new dog park development - Community grants for park improvement projects - Best practices guides for cities and municipalities
"Dog parks are essential public infrastructure," said the Pupsli team. "They support public health, community building, and responsible dog ownership. We're excited to support the Coalition's work creating more access to quality spaces."
Through the partnership, Pupsli will provide anonymized data showing park usage patterns, underserved neighborhoods, and feature gaps. This data will help the Coalition make evidence-based recommendations to city planners and decision-makers.
The Coalition will also work with the Pupsli community on local advocacy campaigns, including: - Petition support for new dog park proposals - Community letters for park improvement budgets - User testimony for city council meetings - Volunteer coordination for park cleanup events
"Pupsli's community data is invaluable," said the Coalition's executive director. "It helps us understand where dogs and their owners actually are, versus where parks currently exist. This partnership will help us advocate more effectively."
The organizations will also co-sponsor a community grant program, funding small improvement projects at existing parks based on user nominations.
